Worst Panera in Greensboro. Consistently runs late with orders, seems understaffed. Employees often ignore customers waiting if they are not working the register. Today was told to wait in drive thru for mobile order. After being told 5-10 minutes which was already late, I proceed to wait 20 more minutes. I then had to come inside to try to get someone’s attention, but am unable to due to people ignoring. I eventually had to call to the back for help to complain. I hate going here. It is a convenient location but every time I go I feel like a bad person for getting frustrated with the way the management here chooses to do stuff. This place needs better training or management. I’m done with this location. Go to new garden or wendover where the people are nice and you can get your food quicker.
Catering orders BEWARE! DO NOT order from here. I placed an order FIVE days in advance on 3/12 to be delivered on 3/17 at 10:45am I logged online the morning of to check and it showed "building" mode An hour PAST due time I called, hung up on twice by someone pickup up and placing phone down Finally got thru and was told Understaffed and doing the best they could. I ordered 5 days in advance and paid over $300 Food finally showed over 2 hrs late for an event. UNACCEPTABLE. They tossed in even more cookies for the delay. No comment
I just left here. The manager has a very, very bad disposition
This place is so nasty. The floors are well I don't think they ever vacuum them. The drinks are nasty and I've sat and listened to others complain about the drinks.
Best place to come drink your coffee eat your food , do your work quiet place. This is the best place you can visit. Staff is so friendly.
Panera as a chain is great, but over the past few years I have lived in this area I have watched this location’s quality steadily decline. The food tastes just fine—when they make it correctly, at least. (Though alas, as I write this I’m sitting in the dining area listening to others who, like me, had their orders made incorrectly.) The service isn’t too great—I’ve had to wait upwards of thirty minutes for my food before, and you can never tell where the line is or which cash register is open. They’re inconsistent with where they place rapid pick-up orders—sometimes they keep them behind the counter, sometimes at the rapid pick-up station…I’ve even had my order get placed on the in-cafe counter for some reason? Not great for someone who likes to get lunch on the way to work. The atmosphere is mediocre at best, with tables constantly covered in crumbs and outlets that don’t work. It’s a pity, because I remember back when this Panera was one of my favorite places to go—clean, kind, prompt…but I don’t think they ever truly recovered post-pandemic.
This is my place that's it
