Panera Bread

Placed an order for rapid pick up, I got a message saying my order was ready. I go in and they don’t have two of the items I ordered. No one called to tell me they were out of the items that were listed in the app, had to cancel my entire order because 2/3 things I ordered were not available and they told me my refund would be issued in 5 days, no apology or explanation given.

Pick-up at this location is always uncomplicated. Food is always ready at approximate time and still hot. Good job! Vegetarian options: More than one soup choice. More than one sandwich choice. Salads can be ordered without the meat

Friendly folks, good food

I've been here many times in the mornings, and the coffee urns are often empty at 8:30 in the morning. You have to go tell them, and then it may take 15 minutes before they bring more. And several times, the coffee is only lukewarm. Overall, seems poorly run...

Overpriced and horrible. Won't go back to ANY Panera

Gnats around drink area next to green tea and sweet tea!

We frrqent this location because the staff is so nice. During Covid, I'd have rated them 2 stars because it once took an hour tonget our food, but the past few months they've regained their previous good service.

People in this store walk around like zombies. No one is here and they are the slowest and they don't care. It's ridiculous.
