Only Panera bread location id go to. Nothing like Burlington location. Good folks here.

The food is good, and it's a nice meeting place.

I doordash as my main source of income so the time is very important to me. Two females on staff last night having some mental defect about communicating with one another. “The blonde” at expo didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence since there was customers ordering so I walked over to where the pick-up counter was. But I had to walk back when those customers were helped. After asking me about my doordash order, the dark haired girl had her “boyfriend” when she was going to ASSIST “the blonde” come thru rather than update me on my order. I had been waiting there for almost 20 to 25 minutes to ask another male employee who I believe came back from break to give me my order THAT WAS JUST SITTING BEHIND THE COUNTER. Before I picked up my order, I had a random person to ask me if it was worth ordering from them because he had asked how long AS A DELIVERY DRIVER that I was sitting there. Possibly the worst Panera Bread I’ve been to as a delivery driver and a bystander. No communication or a shred of professionalism. The one at Lawndale and High point both expresses great communication skills and urgency. Fix it.

Worst’s customer service ever! Please change the manager, she was very rude with a question about the order. Ridiculous. If you don’t have the mood just don’t work there. I love Panera but hiring this kind of people with moody and attitude of rolling eyes, without people skills, good attitude towards customers, come on, that’s a really bad impression at Panera. Not coming here again!

So fresh and tasty! Management and the employees are so nice.

Went with a group of friends - three of us got the macaroni and cheese, having heard that it's "bomb," as the kids say; two of us recieved chunks of cold mac in our bowls. It still tasted nice, but it would've been great if it had been warmed properly before being served. The kettle chips are nice and crunchy but definitely a little too greasy for me. The service was great, the young lady who took our order had a wonderful energy.
