This place just keeps getting worst. The only reason why I think most people continue to come back is because it is convenient. There are too many young people talking, playing and not taking care of the customers or producing food in good time. I got out of my Pilates class at 8:20. I walked over and placed my order at 8:30. A Mediterranean Salad no chicken. I did not receive a salad that I watched her pull out of the refrigerator until 8:58 after she told me they didn't have any begets. This place is horrible. The service is horrible and they need better leadership. I listened to the cashier talk to her boyfriend on her headset for my entire time while I waited. I felt like I was at a ghetto McDonalds.

Every time I order for delivery or pickup, something is always missing. Either a whole item, or like today the chicken on my green goddess salad with chicken was missing. This has happened to me numerous times over the years. Nothing has changed. It’s weird… if I order to eat in, the order is never messed up, if I order in the drive thru it isn’t messed up, but if I order online for delivery or pickup, it’s always messed up and this is not an exaggeration. I have spoken to management as well. I suppose I am the fool here cause I keep going back, but I do like the food.

Drive through at this location is very slow. Coffee & tea is now so weak they have no flavor or taste. Staff is friendly but slow. Prices are that of a full service restaurant with low quality. Sip club membership will not be renewed.

Wait at the drive thru for 25 minutes get to the window no lunch for me. No order for Tuna sandwich won’t make that mistake again. The worst drive thru experience in my life. I was so hungry
