The employees were friendly and helpful but they were out of everything. The food we ended up getting was prepared well.
Also brown mustard RIP.
Out of what I want, slow don't wait on you to expensive
Ordered to go, came home, and half the stuff was not in the bag.
Bad management, 1 or 2 hrs before closing they dont have anything, sometimes even half day they are out of ingredients and they cant make your meal because they out.
Stopped by on a Sunday and they were basically out of everything. Got an order to go and it was incorrect and given no silverware. Wasn’t looking to complain, did a survey and someone reached out and was going to send us a voucher in the mail to give them another try but that never came either. Just annoying overall.
Every time we come they screw up the order. They got some new company bringing them horrible bagels like cardboard, the everything bagel has no seeds on it, the Asiago looks like a mcdonald mcmuffic with no cheese at all on it and hard as stone, you could crack a tooth trying to eat this rock hard craps. This place was once good, manager said they lost all good bagel supplier contracts and that the menu ingredients are no longer sourced the sane so that a lot of customers are complaining bit they cant do anything about it .
I ordered through Uber Eats and was very happy with how this store prepared my order. Bread tastes fresh. Chicken is tender and fresh. Everything was put together and packed beautifully. I ordered the Green Goddess salad like I always do and this was the best preparation I’ve seen.
Every time I come to this specific Panera, I always get my bag and end up missing an item. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. They even show that it was marked off as being in my bag, but it’s not there.
I was very disappointed at the poor quality of the sandwiches I bought. No taste, nasty and just a waste.
Very disappointed. I ordered a half of a turkey and cheddar sandwich with an apple, I was given a chicken avocado blt which I at first didn't mind but when I bit into the sandwich the chicken was practically frozen and the tomato tasted rotten, they also gave me a rotten apple. 🙃
I ordered a bagel pack which is 13 bagels and two tubs of cream cheese. The bagels arrived and they did not contains the flavors I ordered. They were mostly asagio cheese and they were all flat like someone stepped on them all the other bagels were hard like they were day old and very small. I could have gotten better bagels by buying them off the shelf at the grocery store. I never complain about food I order but this was so bad I tried to call the location but their phone ring once and then cut you off. This is the worst Panera location.
Will never return here again.
In addition to the change in menu, decline in food quality, and huge increase in prices .. the Brazilian woman manager was incredibly rude to me over a situation where I had to pull up to the window to order.
Also my mac and cheese was cold.. it’s never been cold in 10 years until that day.
The service was fantastic. I read some of the recent horrible reviews for service and I am pleased to say my experience was great. I was greeted with a hello right when I walked in the door by the lady behind the counter (no idea what her name was, but she wore a head scarf).
I ordered a you pick two with half bacon ranch cobb salad and half corn chowder. I asked for no tomatoes or onions and my order was correct. The soup and salad were both fantastic.
My questions were answered politely and with a kind demeanor. There was no drama. LOL
I also ordered a coffee and the cream and add-ins were well stocked. The coffee was hot and fresh.
My only complaint was it was during or slightly after the lunch rush so some of the dishes were piled up and tables were not all clean. Totally understandable with the after church crowd rush on a Sunday.
I will definitely be back!
I want to give a shout out to Marie she is the manager who completely turn my very unprofessional experience with her assistant manager to a pleasant experience and excelled in great customer service. Upon speaking with Marie she understood the situation and was apologetic on behalf of her team. True leadership skills, I only hope that her assistant manager is able to be coached and learns how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Marie deserves growth opportunities within the company!
