Great food, per the usual. It just feels like the 1/2 sandwich is more of 1/3 of a sandwich
I came to this location a couple times in the past for a prepaid pickup order (just bagels) and they never had it ready on time. One time they were all standing around talking and I had to literally interrupt them to ask where my order was, so I got an attitude from them LOL OK! I decided it was easier to go elsewhere. Well, I apparently forgot the bad experiences a year later and placed an order online and prepaid. It was ready on time, but the bag was sealed with tape. When I opened it after I got home, there were like 10 cinnamon bagels (I ordered chocolate chip) and I *despise* cinnamon. There was nothing on the bag or receipt indicating the substitution. So, I drove back and told them, assuming I just got the wrong order or something. The guy was super rude and said "ummmm so the problem was, we didn't have any chocolate chip bagels." What? First, why didn't anyone NOTIFY me of this so I could just cancel it? Second, who does that? When I order and pay for something, I expect I'll get what I ordered... not whatever you decide to toss in the bag! I'm legit confused.
Came back home and they gave me the wrong order. Then on top of everything they spit in my food. I called the store to Address what was done and of course the manager apologizes then hangs up. Never go here to eat.
Friendly staff, good coffee, good food. I used my coffee subscription.
They don’t have the write bread for each sandwich’s. The manager hires ignorant little girls here. One straight was laughing in my face about a question I asked. Then started to Laugh at the situation when she went to the back. I told the manager and the manager must have said something to her because she looked right at me and was laughing again. Very rude little girls

On this past Friday, November 3rd. I ate at this location and the customer service was over the top good. I ordered the Chicken Cobb salad and it was delicious.
