Panera Bread

I LOVE the food here, but for the cost, it's not worth it when I can go to the store and get the same items for half the price and make my own. In my opinion, prices should be lowered, not inflated!!

Arrived at 8 am for a bagel and was told they sold them all at 6 a.m.. They didn’t attempt to bake any replacements. The baskets were clean. I guess they made all their money at 6 a.m.. They should’ve just closed and put a sign in the window “We made all our money at 6a.m. Try to get here by 6 a.m. daily.” This is a result of poor management.

I was only 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru and waited 23 minutes from the time I got there to the time I got my one sandwich. I paid for bacon to be added, and received my sandwich with no bacon. Had to turn around and have the lady remake it which she happily did. Apparently she was the only one working. This location should clearly hire more staff. Poor girl.

Drive thru is AWFUL. The food at Panera is good but what the heck is so time consuming that it takes 5 full minutes to get a chai latte. This is the WORST Panera I have ever had the displeasure to wait in the Drive thru at.

The food has nothing to do with what is advertised in the photos and very simple in taste, I ordered a sandwich and I added avocado and it was black, and the service has nothing to do with it, very bad service, not at all attentive, little information, no, definitely not.
