Panera Bread

People are kind and helpful for the most part. Service alright too. Place is run cold but probably to make you eat more warm stuff. The bathroom is *too* clean and smells thickly of soap and chemical harshness and you leave with a free bathroom cologné. There's no way this is healthy and to a fragrance sensitive consumer this is just disrespectful to everyone.

Quiet atmosphere. Great for book clubs. Food is tasty as several of us usually get a toasted bagel. Cinnamon Crunch is my favorite.

Sandwich and salad were both made as requested, tasted great.

Workers are always sweet and kind. Always accommodating even if they initially get the order wrong.

Just went in tonight at 8:20, was asked by a very rude young lady if I realized they close at 9 pm to which I replied yes, that gives me 40 minutes to eat. She said well we are closing so, I said well do you have food left to which she replied, well yes but we close the dining room at 8 as you can see we are cleaning. I said well what does that mean if you close at 9, she said well you will have to eat outside. I said you mean you close at 9 and I can’t get food inside. She just stood there and didnt answer me. I told her no thank you and we would not be staying and I thought the entire situation was ridiculous. This is my normal Panera and I frequent this store very often for personal and business meals. This makes me second guess ever coming here again.

If I could leave half a star or less I would hopefully the manager that the guy that was rude and out of line with me is ok didn't mean for anything like that to happen yesterday but it's whatever I won't be back at that location ever and that's ok food over priced and not that great subway makes better.

My sandwich was dry, unseasoned, flavorless. The bread was stale. Overall a horrible experience. Probably won’t order here again.

Not my regular panera. After seeing my order at home, it def won't be either. Disappointing. Highly recommend checking your order before driving off (frankly that's true at any panera).

A red-headed guy making our food just stood there, bug eyes staring at us. My man asked how he was doing. Did not answer. Then he asked if there was a problem. Guy answers that we were staring at him first. Honestly kind creepy. My man said no your staring at us kinda rudely. He said it was his job to. Then started to go off at us bout how we probably listened to heavy metal wearing all black. Yeah we had black matching Veterans shirts at the time but that was very rude and judgmental. He just kept going off bout some crazy stuff and tried to get my man to fight him. Anyways the food is good and other people working were nice but just that one guy makes me never want to go back. Lady Said that he does stair because he's autistic....but that's no reason to be so mean. I have helped raise someone autistic and worked with other adults autistic. That was just bad. I get staring but not the rest.

Nice open layout. Great relaxing atmosphere for work or leisure.
