Panera Bread

I paid for a bowl of tomato soup and after removing the croutons that were loaded in there, I ended up with a cold cup of soup. Then to be laughed at when I called is ridiculous. This location is the worst, I get this soup from another location at least once a week and have never received a half bowl of croutons.

"Great Atmosphere" "Great Food & Green Tea" I would recommend this location to anyone who desires Both Great Food & All around Great Service...

Great food, but it's a little pricey for what you get. I love the quiet atmosphere.

Terrible service and food... the staff was too busy joking around, the food was half cooked ...so that was money down the drain. People no longer take pride in themselves or their jobs... these companies need to do better with hiring, along with showing appreciation to the workers who deserve it.

Extremely overpriced and under-portioned. Tasty food, otherwise. Service has gone down to lucky to get any attention.

Went there today for an early lunch hour. Wanted to order soup. Girl behind counter said they don't serve lunch for another 15 minutes. She was very polite and offered me a drink upon waiting. I said no thank you, I needed to get going and I'd be back another time. As I was walking out the door, a gentleman came running after me saying they could serve me the soup now. I went back in, ordered it and a pastry to go. Thank you ALL very much for accommodating my early lunch needs. This was very much appreciated!!

After realizing that our order was wrong more often than right, or that they didn't have the ingredients necessary more often than not we gave up with this place. There are better locations that are worth the drive to get to.

Panera is generally a bit over priced these days. Still delicious, but no longer a go-to stop for us due to the price. I still like the atmosphere if I've got a hour or two that I need to hang out somewhere. For just a tea, coffee, bagel, or pastry, you won't break wallet! But dinner for the whole family is pricey. Service is usually pretty good. The space is typically pretty clean.

This location has terrible food. The bagels are not made correctly and taste horrible. Used to be so good.

everytime I go here in the afternoon there's this ginger kid sitting near the fyre and the employes give him free drinks but when I go ask for a free drink they just waggle their finger and say "No No No little boy!", what gives Man..,.,.,., why do you thugs favor the random kid over peopl who Axtually purchase Food her, liek me.

Closed early. Should have it online if they won’t stay open until 9.
