I used to love Panera Bread but I have to say that I was rather disappointed in this particular one. It just feels sad and gloomy in there, makes you wanna leave. It is pretty empty, tables were not being wiped in between customers and my food was never called out once it was ready. I waited about 15 minutes before walking to the pick counter where I saw my food sitting. Luckily it was just a salad so it didn’t get cold but I don’t understand why they never called my order. And I think it is overpriced.
Panera food is generally very good. Wait time to order and receive your food is slow. If you are in a hurry, better skip Panera. If you have time and patience, Panera is fine. Service is pleasant.
Love the tasty food. Oddly, it is the one restaurant that does not offer gluten-free. I got the chicken chili, no side of bread.
Drive thru long . Hostess seemed stressed. Soup was good. Minimal ounce difference between cup and bowl. No GF bread.
Bakery is good. Food and coffee are fine. But everything is expensive and service is painfully slow. Especially recommend avoiding the drive though if you go. It can take 10 minutes to move one car.
Took about 15 minutes in the drivethru today .
Food quality has really gone downhill for the rising cost. Service is always slow, be prepared to wait over ten minutes in the drive through for a “rapid” pick up order.
