I came to this establishment at 9:40am on Saturday February 25th and ordered my drink before getting to the speaker . I was greeted by a young man with the blonde hair on the drive through speaker with little to no costumer service who was not engaging with us while at the speaker. Once we got to the drive through window and I said I placed my order and and he rolled his eyes, told me I had to go in the building (even though the app told me to stay in the drive through) and then he proceeded to slam the window in my face and walked away . The only costumer service I was greeted with was when I came in and the staff of ladies inside helped me with everything and were super nice!
I ordered a cinnamon bagel with egg and ham. This was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had.
Their dining area is pleasant and relaxing - assuming you are not there during their “rush hours” early morning and lunch time and there is a fireplace you can sit near. Their food is always high quality - prepared freshly with fresh ingredients. I am a particular fan of their harvest squash soup (only available seasonally) and their baked goods are also top notch. However, with that quality comes excessively high prices - so this is more of a special treat venue for us. Also, I do not care for their coffee at all - which, to me, tastes like it has been strained through a brown paper towel. This is ironic since all of their other food is so outstanding. In a perfect world Panera would be merged with Starbucks (whose baked goods tend to look better than they taste, but have good coffee) and then there would be the best of both worlds. Sadly, neither company has consulted me, so… ;-)
Male manager is super friendly!!
I feel particularly compelled to write a positive review of this location due to what I perceive to be a very friendly staff. The young lady cleaning the restaurant at dinner this evening was just a joy with how she kindly greeted and said good night to customers. I want her to understand that people are hurting sometimes and she makes a difference in their day. 2-8-24.
I had to take the time to acknowledge a team member at this location, Angel. We come in with our dad and she’s always so sweet and respectful. She’s our favorite!
The quality of the "Bacon Avacodo Melt" sandwich is terrible. For $9, your company serves two small slices of avacodo, bacon bits and flavorless melted cheese inside Sourdough bread which by the way is overwhelmingly the main taste of this entire sandwich. Bacon bits belong on a pizza or salad, not a sandwich.
