First and second hand experience in the same matter. Orders was placed online, funds removed from cards, order never placed at restaurant even after a pick up time was provided but after the funds removed. The site stated something wrong with my card. I called 5 TIMES to ask if the order ever went through, 2 calls were picked up and hung up immediately, 1 picked up never answered then put the phone down where you could hear everything in background. 4th call the line continued to ring and ring until I hang up to call back THEN 5TH CALL I WAS TOLD TO DISPUTE WITH MY BANK, which everyone knows is such a hassle. All I asked was to place the order since I already paid for it. WE WILL NEVER ORDER, EAT OR SUPPORT. immediately cancelled, it's awful because they were both my daughter's favorite place to eat! All they wanted was grilled cheese and tomato soup with baguettes, my daughter even won a Panera gift certificate for honor roll which we were planning to use in our order today. So sad.
Been here in the past, never been ignored by the staff standing right in front of me for two full minutes. Walked out without ordering. Prices are ridiculous anyways, was only here to use up a gift card.
