Panera Bread

Pretty consistent from location to lacation.

The drive through line is ridiculously slow. Not a place to go if you're in a hurry. If you order in advance it is much faster, same if you just go inside. I will remember to order ahead of time in the future. Not the first time I've sat in the drive through line for more than 20min.

We went through the drive thru. When we got are food we check the bags and the silverware looked dirty. The food isn’t the worst but I can make the exact dishes my own for wayyy cheaper and it would taste better too. (Had the bacon Mac and cheese)

New menu is not great

This Panera was out of basal, mixed greens, some bread. I asked for no tomatoes, cilantro (replacing basal), and French baguette. My sandwich came with tomatoes and 1 leaf of cilantro on each sandwich. I asked them to add more cilantro and they replied that they were out of cilantro and couldn't remake my sandwich because it was 1/2 hour before closing. I go here a lot but this is the first time in a long time that this has happened.

The cashier wearing gloves taking money with them on then walks away and grabs a bagel. Hell NO! I got my money back and the I assume "manager" says he doesn't touch food yet I JUST Watched him do it. Place is gross, slow and the drive through window looks like one from the hood. Filthy!

Seriously the best staff. They know you and your order, some know you by name. It's fun to stop by and not just for the good and drinks :)

Joel the manager is wonderful. I eat here at-least three times per week, and he always ensures the food and service is top tier. Thank you for always going above and beyond Joel.

Horrible experience. Bad customer service. Corporate will be hearing all about it.

Ordered to go on line for our dinner tonight. Husband picked it up. Sat down to eat my sandwich & salad, there was no dtessing for my strawberry poppyseed salad. When we called on it the girl replied, "sorry" well i had a half a sandwich for dinner & panara did not offer me a later replacement salad. Disappointed in customer service. Long time member to this location

Overpriced, small portions, long wait. Never coming back to any Panera again.
