Received my sandwhich... Green Goddess Caprese melt, open it up and there was a smashed tomato, no green goddess dressing, cilantro instead of arugula and the bread was burnt.

Got chastised for using the express lane to pick up an online order. What’s the purpose of the express lane for…if not for phone-in and/or online orders? Food is pretty good, but not good enough to put up some snotty teenage girl chewing me out at the window!
