What's happening guys? Awful customer service February 17th at 6 pm. No thanks for coming or you're welcome. Just blank stares and annoyed looks when asked a question which had to be repeated a second time to get a response. Made us feel like we were being a nuisance just for ordering here. Also had to watch two staff argue over how to prepare the food while our sandwiches got cold waiting to be wrapped up. Maybe wait for a staff meeting or private moment to air your dislike of each other? Food was good, prime rib sandwich was a little over salted.
I was wanting to do a catering order for Pane Fresco for Sunday and was wanting to speak to someone in the department after looking at their menu online. The lady directed me and someone picked up and said "hello", with my response "can I please speak to someone regarding a catering order", to the response "no one here knows anything about catering, goodbye". A little off putting but a simpler response would be "unfortunately a manager in the department is not available to take your call would you like me to leave your name and number and follow up with you tomorrow". The customer service completely threw me off as I am wanting to order large sandwich platters and 3 signature pizzas for Sunday. I'll try again tomorrow if not I'll order somewhere else
Can even cut my meat with the knives they provide, very disappointed, get better quality knives, not what I expect from Pane Fresco or fortinos
