It’s so good, literally the one ‘fast’ food I enjoy- the one in Washington is always so nice, very clean, and the service is great. Can’t wait to go again!

The food was so good.

I specifically asked for teriyaki sauce on the side for my teriyaki chicken. I was told that it comes with it automatically. I get home and realize there is no teriyaki sauce. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done and was told that since I got all of my food (teriyaki-less teriyaki chicken…) that they would just do better next time and didn’t even offer anything at all. A bit unprofessional.

Food is usually good! We usually eat here on Sunday nights due to work and we've had issues lately with the quality. More than that tho using AI to order is an automatic no for me. More than it taking someone’s job. For several reasons. My son worked her and funny how around the time they started using AI Panda Express Corp. had a data breech and employee personal information was leaked on the dark web!!!

Very fast service

The food was great. And there was a good amount of it. There cost was good too

Although fast and very courteous the fried rice was extremely bland and almost tasteless without adding a lot of soy sauce.
