Why does Panda Express not hand over online orders. I have been staring at my ready to go order on the shelf 6 feet away from me for almost 20 minutes. Totally ignored. They just ring up the in-person orders I'm not even hungry anymore. I'm so frustrated. The whole entire time, my order was already made. About. 10 employees were right next to me walking past me. I was near the pickup area. It's like that at other locations too, and utterly blows my mind how they operate their business this way. Ohh sorry, I'm too busy ringing up in person orders to reach behind me 2 feet to give you something that's already on the shelf for up to 25 minutes. Swear to God that's reason alone to never eat here.
So insane. It's like a parallel universe. Great place to waste the most frustrating 30 minutes of your entire life. Ordered online. Showed up at least 15 minutes after the expected pickup time, just so that I know it'll be ready when I get there. Sure enough, it was ready. It was on the shelf a few feet away from me. I was standing literally at the front of the register. I couldn't even count the number of employees that walked through the employee's half-door. Or how many were nearby the register? But I was seriously about ready to storm out and not even have a meal because. Nobody could hand over something that was already good to go just a few feet away from me. I was about to just walk in there and reach for it myself. If something is already made, it would take quite literally 3 seconds to reach their arm around and swing it towards me. Why do I have to wait for about half an hour? Good gracious. I would actually much quicker get fast casual Chinese by going to an entirely different restaurant brand on the other side of town. All that time driving would be significantly less time than it takes for one of their dozen employees to take 3 seconds to swing their arm around my way. Even though, I'm standing right in front of the shelf behind the counter. It's already made! Never going to put myself in this situation again.
Went to this Panda express at Gateway mall recently. I ordered food and they actually ignored me in line and waited on the person behind me instead of ringing up my order. When I said something the cashier ignored me. Then after that I watched as 6 to 8 male employees were giving another customer royal treatment. It took 6 to 8 men to carry this customers order to a table and after that they stood around doing nothing looking at the order for 5 minutes and then another employee actually stood guard staring at the order. Mindblowing. I've never seen anyone get that level of treatment. Geez they were acting like they were waiting on a celebrity. Then I had just finished eating at a table when an Employee, possibly Alexa started spraying cleaner furiously on the table behind me and she managed to get the cleaner in my face and mouth. I was dizzy so I dropped my napkins and Alexa stood there and griped for me to pick it all up. So this is how I get treated after the outrageous display that I just seen with the other customer?!?! Really?? Also the food wasn't good, the mushroom chicken had no meat and the chow mein wasn't good and the employees gave me less food then normal. The big problem at this location is there's too many mean mexican women working.
Sorry but cashier spoke no English it was very hard for me to communicate with her but service was good
Terrible quality teriyaki chicken compared to other locations. Got a total of like 4 pieces of orange chicken
Great food & great prices! It’s a regular favorite of ours!
