I placed an order online. Waited ten minutes for the order, when I got to the place they didn’t have customer and because they were talking to themselves they couldn’t notice their printer for the order wasn’t working so they didn’t do my order. They told me I needed to wait ten more minutes for it, when there was no customer in line and it was just a cubs meal, I ask for them to cancel it because I couldn’t wait 24 minutes in total for an order since my break was going to be over. They still took 7 minutes to say they cancelled and they still couldn’t gave me a confirmation of cancellation. Worst service and experience.
They won’t have any food in the display to choose from. They will display only leftovers
This location is one of the worst Panda Express, the workers are always in a bad mood, the chow mein has way more cabbage than noodles, and the food is cold almost all the times I’ve been there.
Staff was rude, rice was hard .
Customer service was great. Just had to wait 15 minutes for some for a new rice to come out. Overall the meal was horrible 2015 minutes from panda express. It’s a little excessive just for to come out and your food is no seasoning is very bland. the chicken was dried out, I had ordered The orange chicken very light sauce on the chicken very very dry. I give that meal an F.
Sorry but I’ve never had a problem at the panda at 159th off Harlem, first time I’ve came to this location today, was told they could only give me 1 hot mustard packet for my food, never had a problem grabbing a few of them at other location, then kept giving me the wrong sauces, the chow mein was gross barley even cooked
Ordered for delivery. They forgot 90% of my order and had the nerve to say they could offer me 50% refund. Never ordering from them again.
Horrible customer service from their corporate! I ordered food that they never delivered & they refused to refund me! Don’t order from this location
