The staff is over worked due to only 2 or 3 people working at a time, food is disgusting. Rice is under cooked and crunchy, chicken is under cooked, and online ordering sucks.

3 consecutive days in a row doors are locked and employees in there dishing up plates. No notice no reason for it.

When you have a line of customers that WRAPS AROUND ALMOST, the ENTIRE RESTAURANT waiting to order.......maybe you should focus on them FIRST instead of online orders!!! It took nearly a HALF HOUR just to ORDER our food , then when we got to the cashier to pay the employee LEFT THE REGISTER WHILE WE WERE WAITING
