Panda Express

Thank you for an entire night of hell. I only eat dinner 90% of the time and yesterday I only had their shrimp and orange chicken. Same as always. 12 hrs later and I have to call in sick because I’m still so messed up. Worst food poisoning I think I’ve ever had. Had to get up id say every 5-10 minutes last night and this morning we are about 30 min in between. Won’t eat there again.

They prioritize online orders even though there is over 40 people in line in the restaurant. They don't take orders till all online orders were fulfilled and thats what the manager on shift told them to do. I rarely give negative reviews but waiting in line for half an hour and only moving up 4 people it kinda crazy

I love the orange chicken with Chowmein bowl option and the Fried rice with Honey walnut Shrimp. The service is pretty quick. I would definitely go back specially after late hours work.

Crazy long line inside and for the drive thru. Staff seemed pretty stressed and frazzled. They forgot to put my fortune cookie in the to-go bag. For the price they charge, I would expect more. They cost similar to what a real Chinese sit-down restaurant would charge but the ambiance and service and not at that level. I am not impressed.

This panda location is the BEST. Hector served us and he was so nice and professional considering how busy they were. The employees here are way better than the other locations.

Food is good, and fairly consistent in quality/taste. But very frustrating and inconsistent service / speed. Sometimes it's quick and easy, other times it takes 20 minutes even with just 3-4 people or cars in line. Bottom-line: They are not setup right to handle the various purchasing methods (Uber eats, online orders, drive-thru, dine-in, etc), so they are all scrambling over one another trying to fulfill various order types with lack of focus and organization, and from the same pots. I've had plenty of ok experiences - good service and within reasonable time. But here are examples of frustrating experiences: 1. Drive-thru line i was the 3rd car but it took about 15-20 minutes to get the food. At first I was frustrated with the cars in front of me "how much can they be possibly be ordering to stay at the microphone for 5+ minutes", but when I got there I realized we were being placed "on hold" basically for literally 5 minutes "i'll be right with you" no idea why. 2. Dine-in. I was the 3rd or 4th person in line but took 10+ minutes to get to order (they seemed to be fulfilling online/drive-thru orders) but was content to see that the Sesame Chicken I wanted was in good supply, so at least once I get to the counter it will be quick. But when i finally get to order, I got to watch a Panda worker fill 2 large a la carte entrees of Sesame Chicken (for some drive-thru or online order not sure) right from my nose, only for there not be any left for my order. + "8 minutes" wait they say. Turns out to be about 15 minutes. 3. I'm getting smart now.. I'll just order online and pick-up can't go wrong with that. I arrive about 5-7 minutes after the estimated time for my order because I know they can run slow. I get to the counter and they ask me who the order is for, and realize they have not put it together yet. They scramble to do it somewhat quickly and hand it to me (missing 1 of the items). I realized they missed something from the size of the bag, and they fixed it right away, but i still couldn't get away with a fast pick-up like I had imagined I would. Kid-friendliness: Rice, noodles, sweet chicken - lots of options for kids.
