This Review Is Based Off Their Employee Cergio. MAN! He Was The Nicest Most Professional Employee I Ever Met That Works There. He Greeted Me As Soon As I Came In Even Though He Had A Line. His Personality Lit Up The Room Thank You Cergio For Displaying The Real Meaning Of Customer Service You Need A RAISE!!

Ordered for pick up and no sauces in bag, or fortune cookies. I had to ask for both in a separate bag and cashier seemed bothered by it. Also food was too greasy and made us sick (food poisoning). This used to be the location to go but it has definitely went downhill.

Order #241263 the food taste like nothing to much oil chow main cero teriyaki chicken cero no taste kunpaw no taste is incredible how bad it was today I waste the all plates If whish have my money back

We order the plate and they said they’re out of certain dishes because the grills don’t work so we order what they have available (mushroom chicken and broccoli beef). When we got home and open the food, there are just vegetables and no meat.

The worse Panda Express when i walk in the food was disgustan never going back again

If I could have it would have been zero stars! Was asked to park and I am not sure why all ALL my food was old! Ordered the teriyaki chicken and no teriyaki sauce! Ordered the cheese ragoons and no sweet and sour sauce! The portions were small and my food was old. I will NEVER be coming back!

Unfortunately this location is probably the worst experience I've had at a Panda Express. My chicken was completely burnt, dry, and flavorless. The super greens smelt spectic. Also when they gave me my juice the cup was half full and warm (even after adding additional ice to it). Overall it was completely unappetizing. I feel like it will be awhile before I return to another Panda Express again.

Excited to use my panda points but the cashier said I had no points I showed her my accumulated points but she said sorry the points are not taking anything off. Cashier shrugged me off and didn't make any attempt to figure out or ask for help if she didn't know. Poor customer service so why bother using app
