Muy mala atención del señor Luis. Salude amablemente y él comenzo su mala atención sin responder. Le pregunté si podia probar un tipo de pollo, la chica dijo que si y el señor Luis respondió gritando que no. Mi familia quedó en shock. Incomprensible la actitud. La comida es muy buena, pero es decepcionante el personal.

Had food delivered. Food was cold. Orange chicken was far too tangy. Kung Pao chicken had little chicken and was poorly made. Fried rice was dry.

The staff here are okay, given the number of people they see. They do get a bit impatient. The soda machine dispensed soda that tasted bad like it needed to be cleaned and I’m never picky about soda, it is already bad for me but it doesn’t need to remind me in the taste. So buy only the bottled soda.

Today we came to galleria mall and we ate Panda Express and it was very very bad I ordersizzeling shrimp know what he put in my place 4 shrimp and no broccoli little vegetable when I got it I saw this I will sent picture just now I we were very mad at this please talk to your worker he was short and with mustache he wasn’t nice at all I won’t ever eat there and I will definitely not recommend to my friend to eat there too I give zero star..

The food is good, your usual Panda Express but this place is a bit more expensive than their standalone outlets, I'm guessing because it's inside of a mall. The lady on the cash counter was giving racist vibes and I'm not the only one who noticed that day. She didnt say that much but it was very clear from her behaviour. It bothered a lot of us. They should train their staff better on customer interaction.
