Received very less quantity of food when ordered in drive through Check Your food box before you leave

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would! The staff there, including the manager are absolutely awful! I purchased a plate with orange chicken, chow mein and fried rice, as well as a side of friend rice, a side of super greens and an order of vegetable spring rolls. When I got home, the fried rice was hard and it tasted reheated and old and the super greens tasted MILDEWED! I took one taste and had to spit it out. I still have the mildew taste in my mouth as I write this. I called and spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager. She asked if I had the receipt which I did eventually found in my car. As she was talking to me the phone went dead. I waited a minute or so and called back only to be told I had been put on hold without anyone saying so. Another woman answered with a different voice who claimed to be the manager this time and needless to say she gave me the run around in the worst way. She absolutely would not say she will give me a refund, asked me to drive back to the store with the receipt so we can "have a talk". I finally got her to say she would refund me but only if I came back with the food I purchased. I had already thrown away the side of rice. I cannot believe this happened! They literally gave me mildewed food and crunchy and old tasting rice and they are making me jump through these hoops! Make no mistake! If I get sick because of this I WILL sue them and the company!

Ordered Double Broccoli Beef through drive through. Maybe 4 bites in meal. Unbelievable. They dont answer their phone either. Just rings forever, then recording. CHECK YOUR ORDER!

Order # 172273. After making me wait for around 15 minutes I drove back to work only to realize they forgot everyone’s egg rolls. Called and they refused to give me a refund.

$6 and $8 boxes are super tiny. Bowl has 80:20 noodles: chicken. Protein portions are super small
