WORST TACO BELL EVER!!!!!! My chalupa had a long piece of hair in it. Never ever going back to that unhygienic place again.

Friendly drive thru staff tonight. Nice experience. Shift manager unprofessional. Loud music not customer centric playing from back of house from personal blue tooth speaker. Disrespectful tone toward customer when asked to correct their order.

I will no longer go to this location they do not serve breakfast and all my colleagues in my office will no longer go for lunch as well so therefore we will not go anymore at all. When you start serving breakfast again will come back but I hope you know that you're going to lose a lot of business and I hope you do for it because it's ridiculous.

The food is horrible now. We live right down the street and by the time we get home from the drive through the tacos are soggy as if pre-made. The Mexican pizza tortilla was over cooked and tasted like it was old. The burritos are indescribable. The food quality has gone downhill and is overpriced.

I didn’t like that I was rushed. He asked me 4 times if that was all I was going to order after I added 4 more items to my order. “Nacho fries” “is that going to be all?” “A cheesy gordita crunch” “is that going to be all?” And still asked 2 more times until I finished my order… And had no patience for me to decide what I wanted. There was nobody else in line for drive thru but me. As soon as he handed my food he rushed out of there when I realized that I wanted a different sauce than what he put in the bag for me. It took him a big fat minute to realize I still needed something. Customer service sucks even though it is in a nice area.

They don’t put any meat in the food here. You are paying for tortilla, lettuce, sour cream, and sauce. They also screw up orders constantly. I’ve had countless issues with multiple orders.

I am allergic to sour cream and on the app I made sure to put no sour cream on my items. When I got home I saw my items were loaded with sour cream and did not have the potatoes in the tacos which I added as an up charge. Do not order online!!!

Drive theu cashier Irma C has the worst customer service. I come by their drive thru nearly every other day during lunch. She has the worst attitude and no manners. Prior to her was a white girl who provided the best customer service always smiling and friendly. Sometimes there is also a guy I assume the manager he also provides great customer service making sure my order is correct and any condiments. However if they continue to have Irma in drive thru this place will shut down always gives bad attitude, never smiles, and always looks upset /miserable And provides some mediocre customer service.I would understand if she had one bad day but every single time I come and she is on drive thru is the same thing .
