Waited for this Panda Express to open an hour because I like the way they crisp the teriyaki chicken, which was part of my side order, no issues there. I asked for double orange chicken, fried rice, problems ensued with not being given enough rice, and getting 30% orange breading instead of chicken. This is why I stopped getting the beef broccoli. 70% broccoli 30% beef. More folks need to call them on these practices, or just stop going. That was the last I'm going to have my pockets picked by Panda Express for a long while. Now I've got to find out from a cousin of mine how she makes orange chicken, which is seriously 5-8 times better than Panda Express. The best orange chicken I've ever had in life.
I came in for a late meal for myself and the wife after getting the kids to bed. It was close to closing and the staff had prepped for closing. As soon as I walked in they all got to work and prepped all the food for us with enthusiasm. The rice was amazing (best yet) all other items were on point. They even added extra teriyaki chicken for my wife because of the wait for the fresh food. Mai was awesome! The whole team was great! Thank you for great service!
Pick up Orders is Not worth it. They tie the bag up , Expecting you To NOT CHECK your orders . I see why EVERONE go inside to place an order , oh yes there's a long line as well.
China worker give less food than American worker, bad china, here is my food, very little.
The food was fresh and the place was very clean and well kept
Ordered premium items (Angus steak and shrimp) online. Picked up order and it wasn't even what I ordered! Receipt and sticker on box showed what I ordered but wasn't what I was given.
Got green beans and rice. They closed before I could go back. Waste of $$
I am not quite sure if it's the ind. owner or the franchise, but this location has severely went downhill. I have been going to this location for several years (somewhere in the 10 yr range) and up until roughly 2 years ago, it was great. I understand that a balance between customer service and profitability may be difficult right now, but its definitely the wromg time to cut corners and allow certain business practices to carry on. Whats worse..the managers (I presume are in the black shirts) are there, ignoring the problem and continue to allow it to happen (based upon the flyer on the door..the seem to be making decent $$ and I'm sure someone else may appreciate it more). I understand about the price increases, but when you mix in other things, I start to wonder if this is still the place for me. The last five times (yes 5), I have had to wait for one or more items in my family meal. Sometimes, only a couple of minutes..but the last two times, over 10 min each. The orange chicken has several pieces not coated at all, the boxes have been roughly 90-95% full, the mango tea is out over 50% of the time, 1 out of 5x, I was told they didn't have any mustard (hot mustard..a common item for Asian food) and all of the people there do not seem happy at all. Lack of training, wrong people in the wrong roles, incentives for Mgr cost cutting, lack of qualified candidate pool, lack of owner awareness..whatever it is, it's not good. I would rather you close the location and force me to travel to a different location that managed things well.
Employees flirting, playing around. Order for 8:30, arrived then. They had hardly begun filling it. Stood 20 minutes watching them play around trying to get one guy to cook several dishes. I think they were undercooked. SIX employees just shuffling around. No eye contact. Infuriating!!!
Always hits the spot. Dinner rush had a line of 5-10 people, but the staff moved quickly.
