Nothing good to say about the food the service anything. Sorry but I would give this panda express a 0 if I could

Have been coming here for 4 years and never had bad customer service…until today 12/11/23 approx. 12:30 pm. the girl behind the counter was overwhelmed being alone I get it . The line barriers were up against the counter so I stood by them and when she was ready to take orders she purposely ignored me and started taking the order of the people next to me when I said I was next she rudely replied the line was over there then at checkout I asked for napkins and with an attitude she replied we are out that’s why the holder was empty…I eat lunch here at least 2 times a week and will now not come back

Had my stomach hurting for days.

I'm stuck to my couch, clinching my stomach right now because of the lunch I had here earlier in the day. Got the usual 2 item combo with half rice half noodles, Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken. I usually don't eat at the mall but was pressed for time. Won't make that mistake again. Thanks for the food poisoning! Trying my best to hold it down

Stopped in around 2:30pm 1/2/2023. Staff was horribly rude and pushy, food was not as good as any other Panda location I’ve ever had, oh and they deliberately gave us smashed cookies. Just all bad.
