Panda Express

If you value your time do NOT eat here. Slowest drive thur I’ve ever been in. They also never have food items that are on their menu available no matter the time of day I’ve come here. I will not be coming here again and I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this Panda location as well.

The wait for the drive through and inside for service is on average 20 minutes and that’s if there is no one in front of you. Slowest restaurant in Columbus.

I give the women that work there a round of applause for there ability to handle the stress of being busy. The dudes on the other hand refusing to serve what i ordered because they are "thirsty" and changing the wait time to double the wait after already waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous. Then proceeding to tell me tough luck if I didn't wanna wait another 30 minutes. Everytime I come here and order a bigger plate I get shorted, end up with more sauce than chicken. If you want to waste your time and money this is the place to go.

i ordered kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp with rice and lo mein ….last time i checked none of this was supposed contain peanuts….glad im not allergic.

1st and last visit. Food was good but expensive for the portion you get. We have eaten at Thai Connection which is nice dining for less. Need a dedicated person for on line and one for inside. No one ahead of me inside and waited 20 minutes and manager was rather rude when asked why it was taking so long.

Portions smaller than any other Panda we have been to, definitely not a good value. Many menu items not available. Place was not organized and it seemed chaotic. I thought I would give this location a second chance after a previous bad experience.

Normally I would do higher but we rolled up on Sunday at 11:15 to find doors locked and no sign or explanation!
