When we all walked in we were expecting a great lunch. Little did we realize they had nothing available. Hardly any food, to the no Coke, there was no iced tea, they specifically said there would be at least a 5 minute wait on mixed greens. Eventually we got our food and we sat down and then behold a cockroach came crawling across the bench. Absolutely disgusting and will never come again.

This review is just for the attitude of the staff…the staff at THF Blvd unit is very slow….the lady in the counter take her own sweet time…forgetting orders….and doesn’t care even if reminded that I an waiting for quite sometime

Normally, I love this panda, but today, was the worst experience. I was threatened by the manager. Let me Explain... I arrived at 10:39 and the door was locked. They are usually open at 10:30. I was there to pick up a Door dash order. My boyfriend, who always dashes with me so I feel safe, tried to help me get the attention of the staff so we could retrieve the order and be on our way. The manager comes out the side door and asks what we need and we told him we were there to pick up an order for door dash and gave them the customer name. It was an order for 16 plates. He told me this order is way too big and it was sent before the store opened. I looked at him and I said, I don't mind waiting for it. He looked me in the eye and told me I can cancel it. I explained to him that I get penalized by door dash for canceling the order. Only the customer can cancel the order without me getting in trouble. He said, "I don't care, that's not my problem." Being a manager in the fast food industry for 20+years, I then said I would call corporate and he changed his tune and said he would make it. I waited, but still contacted corporate, another panda express store and doordash to report this incident. 15 minutes later he got the order and brought it over and before I left, he told me he had my name, and he would make sure I didn't dash anymore. This man, who's name is Anthony by the way, threatened my job!!! So because I tried to do my job properly, and do right by the customer, Door dash, and Panda Express, he threatened to try to get me fired. I would certainly not put someone who is lazy and rude like that in a customer service position, let alone management. He was willing to let the company lose a good amount of money, to lose a customer, and he threatened the delivery person, who was attempting to work to help his store be more profitable. None of that screams management material to me.

Counter-service American style Chinese food with all the customary dishes. Always hot, quick and tasty. Plenty of parking and clean. Very consistent.

Didn't eat was 3:30pm very little food available. What was there was burnt and old . Hard noodles . The staff just sitting around never said a word.

I have been a frequent customer daily/weekly for past 2-3 months. Ordered online Sat. 7/6/24 Family meal plus two more upchrg entrees for pickup Sun. 7/7/24 @ 4:15 PM. This was my third Sunday in a row for such a big order of almost $80, & I also order during the week, eating their food exclusively for taste & health reasons. Arrived by 4:15 PM: Order was not ready, only two young ladies serving & one gentleman cooking. I voiced past concerns of paying $60 to $80/ week but felt being shorted on honey walnut shrimp orders. Had to wait for teriyaki chicken to finish cooking. I quarried why my order was not ready as I waited in line as other customers came through the line. From out of the back area a female appeared stating that she was the Manger I attempted a conversation, but she spoke very loudly embarrassing me in front of the other customers & broadcasting my budiness to the public. When I asked her to lower her voice, but she refused stating, " that it was her personality & she refused to lower her voice that she was the manager who had been there 3 yrs. I was unhappy & voiced my concerns that my order was not ready for puckup. She then went to the register stating, "I'm going to cancel your order", but I responded that she did not have the authority to do so because I had paid for the order online last night. She then argued that she would not give me my food, but when I persevered, she walked off in a huff. The one server was so upset by her aggressive intervention & my standing my ground against the manager's bullying tactics that she began to weep. The Manger proved how ineffectual she had acted by not overseeing the online order in the first place, not supporting her staff by assisting them in preparing the large order in a timely manner, being abusive, loud, & aggressive with this customer, by not respecting this customer's privacy & embarrassing her in public, by bullying & threatening the customer by attempting to withhold her food which had been pre-paid & therefore the property of the customer, & finally, by her inability to put the customer first, remain on the scene to assure that the order was complete & acceptable, and exerting professionalism by not abandoning her station & the customer. Heretofore, the staff has been acceptable, the food delicious, the atmosphere serene, & the experience pleasurable, especially from a wonderful male server named Tommy, who has always treated me with respect & and kindness I work in the area & have been a regular & frequent customer, I would hope that the owners of this franchise location might consider interventions & further training of this manager to encourage a positive paradigm shift for her future customer interactions. I had never encountered this manager before. There is another manager who is usually there who is always sweet & kind. I will not allow this experience to sully my enjoyment of my favorite restaurant, but I hope this aberration will not occur ever again.

Comida asiática rápida y demasiado económica. Sin duda resuelve ya que donde nos encontrábamos no había otro sitio para comer o quizá no ubicamos otros. Super super económico

It’s 6:06pm (aka dinner time?) and they are out of food with only 3 choices. No one seems to want to add more and we can only choose from one do the 3 items left (I took remaining one so only 2 choices after me, sorry). Utensils are placed in the very bottom UNDER your to-go boxes, this will ensure your food can never sit still and your fortune cookies can be fully crushed by the time you get home. And of course, the 3 staffs here don’t really care.

This was a very good Panda meal. Fortunately, rarely do we have a poor Panda meal. That says alot about the overall organization and Team member culture. Thanks for always delivering a great value meal, Panda Team!

Well this trip was very disappointing. Got in line at 12:30 its now 1:00 and I'm still waiting for food. I feel like the prep cooks dropped the ball. There were next to no items left on the line by 12:30 meaning no food to serve. They are now telling people its going to be a 20 minute wait. I feel like this is supposed to be a lunch time fast food stop. 😕 if you're in a hurry check and make sure they have food cooked first.
