We were at the mall on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The food court was packed with people. We were with a large group and everyone wanted something different so, we visited several restaurants in the food court. We waited in a somewhat long line, which was expected given the amount of people. The line moved very quickly. My child loves their Cub Meal and it's a great value. It comes with an entree/side, as well as apple crisps and either a bottle of Dasani water or an Honest apple juice box. There is plenty of food in the Cub Meal, no complaints there. Even though it was so busy, service was efficient and friendly. All the displayed food appeared fresh and all pans were full and hot. We will definitely visit this particular location again. Vegetarian options: We are a family of vegetarians. Our go-tos are: the chow mein, vegetable fried rice and cream cheese wontons. There are a few other vegetarian options though too. Parking: There are two large parking ramps on both the east and west side of the mall. Besides the ramps, scattered around the mall are also some smaller surface lots. All daytime parking at MOA is free. [no overnight parking unless you are staying at one of the attached hotels.] However, due to the size of the mall, you will still have to walk a good bit to reach the food court. Kid-friendliness: It's a food court restaurant at the Mall of America...could it BE any more kid friendly!? Wheelchair accessibility: Since this is a food court location, there is plenty of space to maneuver a wheelchair/crutches/etc.
Having visited numerous Panda Express locations, I was disappointed with the service and food quality I received at this venue located in the Mall of America. The food was cold, tasteless, and the service was lukewarm to cold. Suspect this is a management issue, so the owners will want to get involved, ASAP. Check it out yourself while visiting the Mall of America and see what you think.
Busy. Nice sized helping of food for the cost. Staff is hit or miss on friendlyness
While visiting the mall, my friend and I decided to get some Panda Express. The portion size was INSANE! We both ate less than $30. Chicken teriyaki was fresh and the noodles were amazing! If you are thinking about trying this place, do it! 10/10 would recommend!
No refills on pop and food was absolutely gross tastes nothing like other panda express
Asked for orange chicken gave me the wrong chicken then I told them it was wrong. She started to argue with me and then finally gave me the right one but she dumped the other chicken back in the container and put the new chicken in without just dumping the whole thing and making a new one. Gross!
Food is nice, but everything comes in Styrofoam boxes for some reason, even when dining in. Gross.
They rush you through. No food left at 6 when they close at 7. Chow Mein tasted stale and orange chicken tasted microwaved. They had no other food to choose from other than rice. I could understand 15 mins before closing, but an hour before you should have food choices.
