"Pancho's Taqueria & Mexican Cafe is a locally owned and operated restaurant with a focus on making from scratch to order authentic Mexican American food. Here at Pancho's our kitchen is 100% scratch down to homeade tortillas and salsas. Specializing in traditional mexican breakfasts like heuvos rancheroes and breakfast burritos to taqueria staples like grilled to order tacos and tortas. We'll also be serving up some traditional Mexican entrees like Machaca which is a braised and shredded beef that's refried with peppers, onions, and poblano. Our goal is to serve affordable traditional Mexican food that everyone can enjoy!"
