Pancho's Mexican Grill - La Casa de La Birria

Well, terrible experience. I placed an order and 15 minutes later I ask if my order is close to being ready and I’m told 10 more minutes. And then I’m told that they ran out of the food and so it would be another 20 minutes. All the while I’m standing there no one‘s updating me. I didn’t even try the food. It looks delicious. But terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

We needed a quick, but good bite of food, so we came here. Glad we did! It didn't look that great of a place outside, but when we came in the service was amazing, kind, and helpful, which was great. We got the enchiladas.. incredible.. we also got the huevus rancheros, also amazing. Overall this was a great place and I would strongly recommend this place to everyone looking for a quick but good restaurant.

My husband randomly chose this place and it is incredibly good. Doesn't look like anything from the outside but the food is amazing. The staff was friendly, brought the food out quickly and everything we ordered was a 10. We got a birria plate and chimichanga to share plus a churro. So so good. I couldn't take pictures quick enough. Can't wait to come back.

OMG!! If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this is it... it's amazing! This will be my go to from now on. Seriously great food, great service... just delicious!!
