Panago Pizza

Not happy with the pizza. Barley any chesse on the pizza... The worst pizza I ever got from panago by far!

Had an order come absolutely destroyed with the wrong dip. They gave me a credit which I just used and they just sent me a pizza with easily half the toppings on it and didn't send me my dip. Now they tell me I have to go through a 3 - 5 process to refund my money and there is nothing else they can do for me. 10/10 do not recommend ordering from them

This place makes me the weirdest pizzas every time without fail and I love it. Fast, great, cheap. All the wins. Never change. Staff are ballers super friendly even when I’m half (7/8) in the bag. Vegetarian options: The best tbh spend money here. Dietary restrictions: Hella vegan / vegetarian options.

Couldn't get the toppings on a create-your-own pizza right. Not worth the extra cost if the workers can't follow simple instructions.

Ordered some pizza. When it arrived. When it arrived, their pay machine was broken. They were unable to fix it and I had no cash. After taking an hour long to deliver, they took the pizza back and left us hungry.

Garbage Pizza. BEWARE!

Horrible service , order the pizza no mushroom, they give me the full of mushroom pizza. Don’t go here cause they will blame to customer

We ordered pizza from this shop many times, but today is horrible. We order the philly steak with no mushroom and they made a philly steak with no steak to me. And said that’s my problem. Terrible service!! Please improve your service next time.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. I recieved my order and it was wrong. When I pointed this out to the driver they contacted there boss. I politely asked them to communicate in English as it's the only language I speak (absolutely nothing again other cultures or languages, but in a customer service situation it's important the customer understands what you're saying) which to this, the manager at the restaurant yelled at me that he doesn't have to speak to me in English. They 100% refused to fix their mistakes or offer any type of apology for it so I asked for a refund. They were unable to provide said refund so the driver refunded me out of her own pocket to correct the situation. When they could have easily just corrected their mistake. Terrible customer service to a point I don't think I've ever experienced before
