We have ordered through the website as well as shopped at the Headquarters location. These dates are not comparable to anything you will find elsewhere. Shipping may take some time while they work through the kinks but just be patient, you will not be disappointed. The service in the store was fantastic!

Ordered over two weeks ago and the shipment was never sent. Customer service is terrible. Asked for a refund and still haven't received it.

Put in two different orders, one for US and the other for Canada, 16 days ago, and they still haven't been delivered. There's no ETA on one of them either, and the other is 'expected' to be delivered in 4 days. Not even sure if the 'Ramadan Mubarak' gifts will even reach this month, ruining the whole experience of sending gifts to loved ones.

I bought the big box of dates, as I wanted to try dates from Palestine. They are the softest, most delicious dates I have ever had. They are sweet like honey. I’m obsessed. They even sent the box with a beautiful gift of chocolate date bites. Originally, I wanted to support them because of the dates being directly from Palestine, and I’m so glad I did because they are so delicious. You definitely have a returning customer with me and I am turning my friends and family onto Palm Bites, to hopefully get their box of dates before Ramadan! Thank you!
