I've been a regular at Pacific Fusion Buffet for many years, but I've noticed a decline in the overall service quality recently. It seems like there's been a shift in the staff dynamics, and the restaurant now has a bunch of teenagers all over the place trying to run the place. The cashier was a kid, the host was a kid, and even most of the servers were kids. While I understand the importance of providing job opportunities to the younger generation, the impact on the overall dining experience has been noticeable. The kids don't seem like they know what theyre doing. During my recent visit, I had to wait an unusually long time for my drink order, and even after it arrived, my water glass remained empty throughout the meal despite attempts to get their attention. It feels like the management is prioritizing cost-cutting over customer satisfaction, and this is reflected in the declining service quality.
It's so good like I can die from how good it is Kid-friendliness: It's so good for kids!!
Edited: We had some problems, mostly with the staff, but the manager made the effort to reach out to us and correct the issue. That means a lot. Customer service can make or break an experience and she really does her best for her customers. Thank you.
