Over the Counter Cafe

The best thing about this place was the TOAST. We ordered the holly, tomato spinach Swiss omelette, and a side of biscuits and gravy. Everything was flavorless. I received the order through door dash so once I tasted mine, I HAD TO ADD MY OWN SEASONINGS. After eating through my dish, the holly, the sauce it accumulated was grey? Couldnt tell you why. Same with my partners spinach omelette, why is the sauce grey? He even stated there was no flavor apart from the cheese. Their potatoes are just boiled, no flavor there. The biscuits and gravy?? It's clearly CANNED GRAVY. It tasted gross and unsatisfying. Again, the toast was the best thing here. I wish I could get a refund.

Great diner atmosphere and delicious food

This is a hidden gem. I wish I could keep it a secret. Old school. Love this place wish there was one closer to my house.

I love OTC, I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and food is almost always perfect. However my only gripe is that lately I walk away wondering how I spent so much. I keep getting the feeling that I’m being overcharged and it seems like I can’t walk away without spending almost $30. What I order vs what it comes out to be never adds up in the end. But as far as the food and service, you won’t find anywhere better

They are always friendly and their food is consistently very good.

we love this place its definetely the best breakfast we have eachtime we are in the area ...ruben is so talented and a great cook hes so funny as well the latin ladies are amazing we cant wait to be back
