The bagel in this shop is really good . I really like how all the workers smile and I am happy with the service. As well as the atmosphere of the shop is really good and warm.

The bagels are very fresh and got to know that they are in house made . I found the service is at its best and would surely recommend to give it a shot and after that you will be there regular customer ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Loved the people and the energy they have filled the shop with ❤️❤️ they do offer variety of cream cheese

Note: This bagel spot is NOT inside Findlay market - it is right next to it, on the same street. I was underwhelmed by my everything bagel, and the service. I ahead ordered online and couldn’t find a way to ask for the bagel to be toasted, so I didn’t receive what I was hoping for (a toasted bagel, with chive cream cheese). They also ran out of chive cream cheese, which resulted in my order taking an extra 10 minutes to complete (despite ordering 30 minutes ahead of time). Staff were nonetheless friendly. I simply feel that the online ordering system needs some improvement.

Amazing bagels! And the service is top notch as well, especially Prayush, he told me he made the bagels fresh and was super friendly! Definitely recommend

Waited 30+ minutes with multiple people who ordered after us getting their food first, only for them to tell us they were now out of bacon & had to make more, because they used it all on the other orders that came in after we did, so we just got a refund & left. Not to mention the place is gross and not taken care of at all. Never going back here
