Barbecue made in true southern style : Texas Twinkie's, Alabama pulled pork, carribean style ribs. Using a competition southern pride smoker that Gordon Ramsey commented was the rolls Royce of smokers, it is truly a culinary experience. Sauce is available but not needed. Catering is available upon request.
