I recently dined at Osteria Bricco in Seminole, FL and it was truly a fantastic experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making for a perfect setting for a great meal. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure that every detail was taken care of. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious Italian dishes, all made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. We had the Bruschetta as our appetizer, followed by their great house salad. Our entrees were wonderful, and the dessert topped the meal off! Overall, Osteria Bricco exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning to try more of their incredible dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
I was greeted by the Hostess, Bianca, who enthusiastically acknowledged my birthday from the reservation made for the event. She swung by our table a couple of times with her smile and charm, to make sure a good time was being had by all. Our server, Angela was equally enjoyable and very knowledgeable about the menu items. It was also 1/2 price wine bottle night. The food, including dessert, was beyond expectations and delightful to everyone in our party of 5. It was an amazing birthday event and dinner. Kudos to the staff, chef and management for a wonderful restaurant in Seminole! Thank you.
We waited hour * 1/2 for our meal. No reason, no sorry from the manager.
This restaurant is a disaster! We never thought much of malls restaurants but we were hungry and happened to be shopping in the Seminole Mall. I arrived first to the Hostess station and waited until she came back after sitting a couple who came in before me. While I was waiting a group of six people came in. When the Hostess came back to the station she did not bother to ask who was next in line to be seated. So she proceeded to care of the party of six first. I brought it her attention and but she went ahead and walked the six people down to their table. When the Hostess came back she apologized. I did not say anything else because in the group of people she seated first there’s a woman with a walker. We asked to be seated outside. The waitress came to the table and we ordered fried calamari for appetizer and beverages. She came back with the beverages and took the order for the entrees. About five minutes later the waitress came back saying that the cook didn’t have the veal for the veal parmigiana my husband ordered. The order was then changed to chicken parmigiana. At least 25 minutes elapsed before the waitress came back and told us that the calamari will be coming “soon”. A few minutes later the calamari was brought to the table. The waitress said it was the cook’s fault that we didn’t get the appetizer sooner. We began eating the calamari when three minutes later another waitress appeared with the entrees. She asked if would like Parmesan cheese. I said yes please. She never came back with the cheese. The food in this establishment was as bad as the service. The food was tasteless and substandard. The Pomodoro sauce was supposed to have tomatoes and eggplant cubes. After looking in my plate for the eggplant cubes I counted four minuscule pieces of eggplant that were less than half an inch in length. My husband’s dish was also bland and the chicken parmigiana was dried. Due to their lack of attention, from our waitress and the cook, we ended up having the appetizer and the entrees served back to back with no time to enjoy neither. In addition, the calamari was just like pieces of chewing gum served on a bed of wilted lettuce. Overall it was really a subpar dining experience that we won’t be repeating because we will never set foot in this establishment again! We’ve been to other Italian restaurants in the area that are really good. No need to waste money in substandard food and careless service.
2nd time going. 1st time was great and we enjoyed our meal. 2nd visit was not so great. 2nd visit was 4/12/24 about 7:00PM. Out server worked very hard but it was her first day and she was supposed to be training not serving. Other servers asked us if we needed anything and when we asked for refills they never came. Food took more than an hour to arrive and was. It very good. I got Chicken Marsala and it was not worth $23. Table of four that was seated just after us got their food and ate and were 45 minutes before us. No manager ever came by to acknowledge the delay it was a traditional Italian dinner. It took forever.
I recently celebrated my birthday at Osteria Bricco, and it was an absolute delight! I had made reservations for a group of about 15 people, including young children under 7 years old, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was intimate and inviting and the service was exceptional. The food was simply delicious! We opted for the "family" style dinner, where the kitchen kept bringing out mouthwatering dishes for us to share and every bite was a delight! To top it all off, we were serenaded by an Italian singer that night, adding an extra layer of charm to the already great ambience. Prices were fair! t's a definite 5 out of 5 stars from this happy gal!
We have now been here a few times and no matter what we order we have never had a bad meal or service! I’m very picky when it comes to my Italian food, as my grandparents came from Sicily. Everything we have tried is so full of flavor and tastes fresh! So glad we happened upon this spot as it is one of our favorites!
They were very busy. It seemed chaotic.
Disorganized. Didn't even get to try anything at this restaurant. A server never came to our table, even after asking 6 times. We left after 45 minutes went by. Horrible service and attitude at this location.
