Chef and owner Marco Higuera is a distinguished alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. During an exciting 25-year career, Chef Marco developed his talents working at some of the most renowned kitchens in the Southwest, including the Beverly Hills Hilton in California and the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. After honing his culinary craft working alongside some of the finest chefs in the United States, Chef Marco lent his expertise and involved himself with opening multiple kitchens in Scottsdale, AZ. and Monroe, LA. When he met his wife Juel, Chef Marco moved to the beautiful state of Wisconsin and proudly presents Osso Buco – Weston’s premier Mediterranean kitchen.
