Osmow's Shawarma

Hands down the best spot to grab a quick and easy lunch! Fast service, fresh food, polite staff, really can't go wrong!

I ordered chicken shawarma wrap and Saturday daily deal. I am literally not impressed with the service, the lamb was uncooked and i also mentioned not to add pickles in the wrap but it was added anyways. I also called the store just to share my point of view towards the situation but the employee was trying to deny her mistakes. I hope this matter is taken into consideration.

One of the worst experiences I have had. Osmows is my go to shawarma place and I have been having it for years in different cities. But this location was the worst. I ordered Philly chicken on the rocks,and it was really bad. The chicken was super dry, barely any Philly sauce in there and there was no sauce on top either. Philly chicken is supposed to be cooked on the grill with Philly sauce and vegetable (onions, pepper etc.) and there were barely any vegetables in the meal. We were goin to the movies after and couldn't try on the spot and the shop closed right after. My husband and I had dry chicken with plain dry rice with no vegetables. The experience was awful. I have tried Philly chicken from so many osmows and never this disappointed. Upon calling the store next day, the guy ismat or something said sorry but next time you get this meal ask for extra sauce (for 85 cents) to which I replied there wasn't even enough sauce let alone ask for extra next time. Ridiculous I am paying for base sauce that is part of the recipe and he wouldn't accept the distasteful FOOD due to their mistake. After 5-10 mins of making him understand i asked to speak to manager and he said she will call you back.. And no call has been received from the owner until now. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE CHEAP AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER AND INCONVENIENCE CAUSED. Other osmows have always tried to make amend if the order is not upto standard or customer satisfaction. BUT THIS LOCATION WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Amazing good food.

I went here for dinner after a long day at work. This Shawarma joint is a real find. As soon as you walk in, the aroma sets the stage for a great meal. The staff is super friendly, making you feel right at home. But let's talk about the Shawarmas - they're downright addictive! Tender, juicy meat, fresh veggies, and the sauces are just out of this world (especially the Garlic and Philly Sauce) and they don't skimp on portions either. Each bite is packed with flavour. Plus, they pay attention to every detail, making the whole experience top-notch. Whether you're a Shawarma lover or new to it, you won't be disappointed. Seriously, give it a try!"

Bad experience with the food. It was super dry, barely any vegetables in Philly chicken. Zero priority to customer experience and satisfaction. People working here are super stingy with the portion size and the way they make the food. Never go to this location.

Pathetic.. Never had such a dry shawarma. I asked them to put chicken from the grill as the guy used cold chicken which was kept on the side in a tray. I was told they never put chicken from the grill. Why would I pay for cold chicken in a shawarma with no sauce. Better places out there. I used to love this place.
