This place is so amazing, I visited it two days ago I was amazed by the cleanliness and the way the food was served was very wonderful Thank you for your service

Everything about this place is trash. The food taste like garbage just like the service. I ordered a large falafel half and half. The rice tasted old and hard, they BARELY put any sauce on my meal which made it extremely dry. When I asked for extra sauce they told it me it would be extra even though the amount of sauce they put on my meal wasn't even close to adequate for a large. For $20 dollars i feel like i ripped off so much. Every time I go to osmows I'm reminded constantly that the food sucks and it isn't how It used to be anymore. I'd recommend not coming here and going elsewhere, like lazeez or any other establishment.

Worst osmows location I've ever been to. I have been here 3 times. Each time they have messed up my order. 1) I ordered food and they forgot about it; it happens 2) I ordered the same thing but it did not taste like regular osmows, they are using their own spices/recipes 3) Today I ordered a Poutine. They used Parmesan cheese??? I personally hate parmesan & I have never seen a poutine made this way. Even the image for the poutine used regular cheese curds. I tried to get through the meal but ended up throwing it out & going next door. Not coming back!

Everything good, hundred percent recommendable.

The customer service is horrible when ordering the guy who was taking my order kept looking at me with dirty looks, had to repeat my order several times and they still got the order wrong, would not recommend and would not come back

The brownie is prepackaged yet still terribly undercooked. It was definitely not melted because it was -2 outside today. They skimp out on your chicken on the rocks if you order through uber. They gave me 40% rice 25% chicken and 35% air ☠️
