Visited Orko's on 24th Dec and the experience was surprisingly horrible. Surprising because the hotel says it's a 4 star hotel and such hotels don't serve such poor quality food.
Firstly the restaurant looked small , congested and suffocating.
Secondly from Starters to Dessert, more than 90% items were either cold or tasted bland or raw and some were even smelling pungent like the chicken in the fried rice and the biryani.
Hardly 2 to 4 items could be hand picked that were edible out of a relatively huge buffet spread.
One of my friends even felt nauseated after the entire experience and had to rush back home even before completing the mains.
The F&B manager did not do anything extraordinary to make our entire experience slightly better atleast as the attitude seemed a bit unapologetic when verbal feedback was given.
