Ordered from here many times , about £500 worth of orders in total , today the order came normal time , 3 cookie dough 1 brownie Sunday the Sunday was fine , the cookie dough was luke warm and the ice cream portion was absolutely shocking , the tub of ice cream was about 1/5 full of ice cream and bear in mind if you have ever ordered from here before you know how small the tubs are already , called em up to complain and all that was said was if you want more ice cream pay for more , won’t be ordering from here again absolute waste of £32

Food came earlier than expected but when it arrived the waffles were cold and no icecream was sent with the cookie dough or waffles, the bueno waffles had shavings of bueno on not actual chunks, the cookie dough was very sloppy and a very thin layer in a foil tray. Definitely not worth the money, spent almost £40 as a treat for the family (3 kids 2 adults), very disappointing and deflating...wont be ordering from here again.

I visited original dessert company and I had a deal that was displayed in the shop. Definitely recommend ferrero Rocher milkshake and the cheesecake was peng too overall was a delicious treat

Over priced and disappointing, waited an hour for delivery arrived cold and missing an item, contacted them to be told it was out of stock so they substituted my order and then lied about trying to call to let me know. Poor customer service as not willing to help or refund for the missing item, told to contact Cannock eats, will never use again.

Just had a takeaway waffle that is cold & soggy. What a waste of money

We have ordered 3 times now for delivery and every time it states 30-50 minutes but it ends up being 90 minutes or over. We only live 10 minute max drive away. We have had to ring up to find out what is going on no one has ever rang us to say it is delayed. We keep giving the benefit of the doubt as the desserts are lovely when they arrive and we think they must have sorted deliveries by now but this has happened every time. We will not be ordering again.

We’re to begin I have used this place many of times at first when they opened they were great excellent service couldn’t fault at all. The deserts was worth the price you paid. But since they have gained their customers they have changed attitude to wards customers and the passion has gone when doing the desserts. The desserts they do are not worth nearly £10 a crepe portions size is terrible and then to be cold when delivered aswell. The cheesecake is frozen then stuck in the microwave. I will not be using hear again. NOT WORTH THE PRICES THEY CHARGE

Received order freezing cold and hard couldn’t reheat as I had put whipped cream on top of waffle .Called spoke to manager to be told they will make a note of it for when I use next time . There won’t be a next time as I’m out of pocket and starving as had to throw it in bin . Shocking customer service

Shameful. Ordered an ice blast from here for £5 it came half full and melted after being assured it’s better than a tango ice blast. WORST part is after my requesting if they could at least fill it up the guy behind the counter said “no that’s how they come.” Usually order from here all the time. Not anymore!

Absolutely shocking service deserts delivered incorrectly call shop to have the phone put on the side to then hear girl laughing at the fact our food was incorrect due to intolerance which was stated on our order. Strawberries they are using frozen cheap ones which were soggy and terrible. The cookie dough were delivered cold. Unfortunately this place has had lost its customer service and stand of deserts.
