I didn’t receive my food and asked for a refund, my iced coffee came without a straw and the staff were non-existent, hiding in the back with nobody out front. Lots of the tables were unclean.

Paris Brest solid - couldn't even cut it with one of their wooden knives. Expensive for a coffee and a cake - will not bother to visit again

food was a let down and too overpriced. Would recommend to come and get something on different shop. Service was a meh esp the manager and store is a bit dirty.

Coffee and excellent cakes as a Birthday treat. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back when we're next in the area.

I didn’t done in so I can’t say much for the atmosphere. I did order a chocolate croissant and a Nutella croissant. Both were pretty dry and tasted stale. At least the Nutella saved that croissant. I wouldn’t recommend. Also seems overpriced for lackluster pastries. Wouldn’t recommend.

I really like the flat white and Raspberry tarte , Fantastic coffee! Great coffee place with the an incredibly well done coffee! And I am very picky when it comes of coffee! They absolutely know what they are doing and now this became one of the few places I drink my coffee as it is so important! Life is too short for bad coffee! Ask a regular or if you dare one of their specialty coffees! I see a big future for this Oree Shop. Merci Youcef !!! et bonne continuation pour ta nouvelle position.

Went here today around 5:30 Second time I come and the same staff member was great, very friendly and excellent customer service

Very disappointing visit. Sat inside, needless to say no table service, only one staff member on duty. Coffee alright and served in paper cup, The place looks from the outside that it might be a bit special with a very good window display of cakes but in reality it’s really overall very ordinary though I admit the cake we ate was good. Won’t bother returning. It would appear by recent reviews that’s there’s been a staff change and a great improvement since my last visit some months ago. Will give them another try.

Millefeuille and flat white made by that tall men who speaks French, really loved it. Nice coffee , good place, I don’t know why they got low stars, staff are nice it’s a self service so I won’t expect Hilton or Sofitel hotels service Thanks
