Orchard Restaurant

I just had some of the freshest food here that I've had in awhile. We had the bonjan borani as an appetizer and it was very flavorful with soft pita. Then we had side salads with the tomato tamari dip; the salad ingredients were fresh and crunchy and the dip was very umami. Then we each had the spicy chicken sandwich (I subbed tofu in for chicken). The coleslaw was great, all the textures worked wonderfully together, the garlic dip it's served with also delicious. Overall the meal was a tad expensive but it really felt worth it. It reminded me of the quality of food you used to get more regularly before the pandemic. This place is treat.

2nd time here. Met some friends for lunch and had a very enjoyable meal.

Food always tastes so delicious. We got the fruit and cheese plate, portabella pesto sandwich, and the coconut creme pie. Dietary restrictions: Good selection

The food was world class and delicious.

The first time we went to Orchard there was a 45 minute wait, so we decided to come back and get there right when they opened. We were seated right away, excited for the hype. Unfortunately our experience didn't meet expectations. I asked our server for recommendations, which dishes were the most popular, and her response was that everything was good, that's why they're always busy. Not much help there. We decided to both get the Tomato Bisque, which was pretty tasty, but could've benefited from fresh basil, as opposed to the dried basil. The complimentary bread was pretty good. I ordered the chicken and broccoli pasta, which was rather bland and watery. We also got the grilled cheese, also just okay, and a side of the creamy pasta, which was the best thing we tried. Overall the experience wasn't anything special, and I'm unsure why this restaurant is so highly rated.

The food was mid overall. I came here with my family and the service and ambiance are amazing! However, the food seems to be hit or miss. The tomato bisque was really salty and the chickpea miso was more sour than I expected, but still good. The honey mustard seafood was great, but there was way too much sauce and the bottoms of my scallops and shrimp were burnt black, in my opinion it shouldn't have been sent out like that, but I never ask the waiter to bring things back to the kitchen. The tuna melt was great along with the crispy chicken and ahi tuna. What really missed the mark was the Thai Grilled Salmon. I have no clue what was trying to be attempted with this dish. It seemed as if the idea behind it got lost in the sauce (literally), the coconut milk caused everything to bland out and it just had a really weird taste. Other than that, the restaurant is great, I just don't recommend the Thai Grilled salmon.
