This lovely hotel is in the middle of Scotland, it's perfect for auto or motorbiking as it has access to Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands within 30 mins. Dogs are made to feel welcome and the Hotel pub has delicious food, good beers, wines and whiskey. The people running the place are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady is so nice also when leaving the hotel every morning early to walk our dogs she is busy cleaning and she stops to chat and makes sure you have everything you need to have a fantastic stay. 6 stars

Bang in the middle of Falkirk. Uber friendly and helpful staff who run the whole place and also the cleaners and waiters are great and friendly, making you feel really welcome. Huge selection of wines, spirits and beers in the har. The food is tip top.....it is delicious with some local treats and also the classics too. For people staying at the hotel there a special deals too like a diner and a pint for £15. From the hotel it 30 mins to Edinburgh or Glasgow by car and the train station is just 2 mins from the hotel with direct links to all the best locations. The prices are excellent and they are dog friendly too. Super happy we chose The Orchard Hotel for our week stay in Scotland Nearby activities: The Forth Bridge is 25 min drive away. The Falkirk Wheel is also a marvel to awe at. Falkirk is bang in the middle of Scotland, so perfect for exploring this wonderful country. Food & drinks: The cook is fantastic as all the dishes we have tried have been spot on. You don't need to leave the hotel as the food is spot on.

Great wine and starters but one of the two steaks too fatty, my sister got the good steak.

Very interesting decor and very friendly attitude of staff. Centrally located to train station. Also with help getting taxi service from staff .Will definitely stay there on future vacations in this area. Thank you so much for your concern for our comfort. Callum and Conner shared a timeless experience of this old fashioned bar along with recommending perfect mixed drinks to our liking. The rooms beautifully suit the old fashioned theme, and anyone complaining of the paint cracks in a 200 year old hotel clearly don’t like the atmosphere/history of this place. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing with all of the interesting antique items and hospitality, I definitely will visit again. Thanks again Callum and Conner for the amazing experience, I hope more people will visit and have the same experience.
