Terrible atmosphere, like eating in a metal box. Loud music, could not hear the waitress standing next to you. Loud, echoing unpleasant. Ordered a side salad, got a bowl of lettuce swimming in a bowl of dressing. No flavor luke warm food. Wife summed it up, wished we went to 5 guys for a hotdog

The sushi is the best and freshest around, this is our favorite spot to go. The atmosphere is absolutely awesome. 5 star all the way around

Oola- la Mala- la has their food singing, "don't you wish your pot was hot like me"? The hot pot was so flavorful and large enough to share. The awesome server highly recommended the fried rice and it was "shrimply" the best I've had in years! They offer many cocktail options which is something you don't typically find at a Japanese sushi restaurant. I love my plum wine, but a variety is always nice! Oh and they give children coins after dinner service so they can play the toy claw machine. So cute! We will definitely be returning!

Great menu, quick service, delicious food, cool atmosphere

Service was descent. I’ve been to a lot of Asian places. Wouldn’t call myself a sushi connoisseur, however, the moment I laid eyes on their fish I knew I was in for trouble. Salmon is a white offload pink-orange indicating it’s an INCREDIBLY cheap (as cheap as one can find) farmed salmon. Most places use farmed salmon, but this is a next level. Tasted room temp, artificial, and disgusting. Ramen was horrendous. Tried this place out because of reviews and now feel like these reviews are not real. Do not he deceived. Watched multiple couples come in and immediately leave before even ordering food. The price is too good to be true for this area of FL. Paid $80 for what would be $30 at McDonald’s probably.

Took my family out for Easter Day lunch. Food wash fresh and tasted good! Will return to this place. Wish they had one open in River City plaza, that is closer to me.

I've been to Oola Mala twice now, and both times they were great. My 9-year-old devoured her sushi faster than anyone could eat half their meal, and my husband's hot pot was great. Antonio was a very attentive server, gave good, knowledgeable recommendations, and was super personable. I couldn't believe there weren't more people here on a Saturday night! Definitely a must-try!
