Ember & Iron

Great taste and service! Our first time here and the menu was very diverse and delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and had patience walking us through the choices.

Good food and service. Atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. I sat at bar and ate oysters and an appetizer and sampled bourbons. Great selections! Food has a good and distinctive flavor but maybe not for everyone tastes.

Excellent drinks and food. Service amazing despite bar being packed! Loved the view of the kitchen. We will return.

I have been in many restaurants in different countries. I have to say the place was nice, but the food wasn’t good. It’s not what I was expecting. I ordered chimichurri steak, took around 45 minutes to get my food, the steak did not come out hot enough and the taste wasn’t that good for a hanger steak. My husband got a salmon and it was mediocre, we have had better salmon. If you ask me a good place to drink I would definitely recommend it. The old fashion was good.

Food was kind of bland. Also got a fish dish at Market Price which was overpriced. But for the price i paid, i hoped for some bangin tasting fish. But it was even more bland and lacking seasoning. The cornbread was the only thing i liked because i like cornbread. The service was typical Jacksonville low energy/ borderline dismissive service towards certain types of people . The atmosphere and ambience was decent and clean. Also located in a decent area. That is my unbiased review.

First time dining here and did not disappoint. Nina was our server and very attentive, informative. The food was excellent and the drinks Devine. The spirits available were extensive. Hubby tried a 10 year Pappys bourbon. Definitely will go back. Our fav since we moved here 6 months ago Vegetarian options: Really wasn’t what we were looking for but very accommodating

Our meal was excellent!! Very fresh and delicious!! Our server Emma, was the Best. Very friendly and wonderful!! You have to go here.. You will not be disappointed.. We will be back..
