Onyx Coffee Lab - The Momentary

Our newest cafe is located here inside the Momentary contemporary art space. This space features a play between hand made, enjoyed in house drinks and robotics, made to go drinks. The coffee bar itself is transparent, and to-go items are served via a conveyer belt. We serve Oat plant based beverages as a default, and upcharge for dairy, flipping the script on the traditional cafe approach to espresso and milk drinks. Enjoy a coffee and then roam around the grounds of one of the most innovative performing and visual arts spaces in the country!
