Southside Smoke Shack is the food-trailer FLAVOR BOMB you're looking for. We smoke meat LOW & SLOW, for that fall-off-the-bone goodness you crave, and it does not disappoint. Call ahead encouraged for multiple orders. Family dinners ordered by noon will be ready for pick up by 5pm that day. Catering orders require 24 hours.
